Who does not suffer with acne? We all once in a while get breakouts here and there. In this video posted on instagram, youngcouture demonstrates the home remedy to get away with acne, which might help you with a clear skin, to which I second!

1st remedy-

Take half a lemon juice and add 2 spoons of oatmeal and mix some water. Smoothen this mixture on face and keep it on for some time and rinse it later. I suggest keeping it on face for roughly 15 minute to let the mixture do its wonders.

2nd remedy-

Take a freshly cut aloe vera stem and scrap the raw aloe gel and rub it onto your face. You can leave it as it is on your face for the entire day if you are indoors or wash it off after 15 minutes.

 Lemons being anti bacterial are rich in vitamin C and good for a clear complexion and also helps in diminishing the scars.

Oats are something I also swear by and they are very good for dry and itchy skin and also they are a natural exfoliator.

Aloe vera being anti-inflammatory helps to soothe the redness and heal acne.

So go ahead, try it to feel the difference.

Zip zap those pimple scars…

Have acne scars left behind? Don’t panic…because you need to know that your scars will fade away on their own after several months! But there are few of my home remedies which you can try to post-haste the process of scar reduction. Don’t be in a haste to get rid of stubborn acne scars. Obviously, you won’t be able to eradicate them in a jiffy, but these remedies will certainly show a noticeable difference over time with continuous application. So, today I will bring to you three of my useful tips to get rid of acne scars naturally and get a healthy, glowing and clear skin with ease.

LEMON AND HONEY

Lemon juice has skin lightening properties in it which reduces scars and other blemishes whereas, honey is anti bacterial and helps to soothe skin and reduce redness. Combine equal parts of lemon juice and honey and apply the mixture onto the scars on your face. Wash it off after 30 minutes. Follow up by using a good moisturizer or a vitch hazel cream which is very effective for pimples and you can easily get it from any homeopathy store around you.

ALOE VERA GEL AND TEA TREE OIL

Aloe Vera gel is used to cure acne scars and heal burnt skin naturally and tea tree oil promotes clear skin. A concoction of both in equal parts can help to erase tough acne marks substantially over time. You can even use this mixture as a substitute of moisturizer to obtain a supple and clear skin naturally.

GREEN TEA AND CUCUMBER JUICE

Now, this one’s the best natural scar treatment which I have been using for some time now. Many people use ice cubes to get rid of scars and inflammation. I would go a step further and recommend you to use green tea and cucumber juice on your face in a solid form.

Take two parts of green tea and one part of cucumber juice and freeze it in the form of cubes. Take each cube every day and rub onto your face for around five minutes. Leave it on as it is and let it completely dry. Wash your face after that or for more effective results leave it as it is and work your face as usual.

This is best suited for people with super sensitive skin.

Note: Make sure you use a muslin cotton cloth and don’t apply cubes directly onto your face.

OLIVE OIL

Olive oil is a kind of miracle oil. It has a lot of moisturizing properties. Along with that, it has the ability to reduce the prominence of acne scars. Massage olive oil daily onto your skin at night before going to bed to get a clear looking skin. It will also help you to do away with wrinkles and dry skin and will act as a night cream for you. So, be ready to substitute your night creams for this miracle oil…

Note: Use olive oil only if you have dry skin. Don’t use it if you have pimples. Though, it can be used on pimple scars to fade them eventually over time.

In the end, drink plenty of waters and have a healthy diet by including lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet because what you eat is what shows on your skin is a very true saying at least for me..!
